Massive fire reduces Delhi slum area to ashes

New Delhi, Apr 2 (ANI): About 250 to 350 slum dwellings were completely gutted in a massive fire here on Thursday.

The fire erupted in one of the hut and then spread across the slum in the city's Jahangirpuri area.

Eyewitnesses said the fire was caused by a short circuit.

They also said the fire brigade reached very late.Fire officials denied reports of any casualties.

At least ten fire tenders were used to douse the flames out. (ANI)
