Another top Yahoo! techie, Venkat quits

Washington, Apr 1: Venkat Panchapakesan, executive Vice-President of the Yahoo! Inc's Audio Technology Group will bid good bye to the Internet giant in coming summer.

This news came a day after Yahoo Vice President, Dayne Sampson quit the job at Redmond.

He had worked on a bunch of products including Mail, Flicker, Answers, Groups, Messenger and content properties.

Before joining Yahoo!, Venkat worked for Hewlett Packard (HP).

In past few months many senior officials have quit Yahoo! and a lot of them are ending up at Microsoft.
