Kate Moss' 'chest flashing' fashion faux pas

London, Mar 18 (ANI): Supermodel Kate Moss committed a fashion faux pas as she accidentally flashed her chest while leaning forward in her car.

Kate, who was out to celebrate tycoon pal Sir Phillip Green's 59th birthday in London's Mayfair, wore a black outfit for the evening, reports the Sun.

But the mishap took place when she bent forward, and flashed all to the waiting clickers.

The outing took a turn for the worse as she set off home, and her outfit proved unable to contain her. (ANI)
