Hugh Hefner set to sell his pad nearby Play Boy mansion

London, Mar 18 (ANI): Playboy founder Hugh Hefner has decided to sell his Holmby Hills pad for a whopping 20.14 million dollars, which happens to be just next door to the playboy mansion.

Although the manor style mansion boasts of 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, it has remained vacant for years.

Hefner is keen to sell the house, reports the Daily Express.

The point, which is said to be an attraction for potential buyers, is that the mansion is near the Playboy Mansion, which Hefner has made his permanent residence. (ANI)
