Osama hiding in Hindu-Kush mountains?

New York, Mar 16: Osama bin Laden, the world's most wanted terrorist is hiding in Chitral of Hindu Kush mountain ranges in Pakistan claims New York's Daily Times. The report claims that according to the American officials, Osama is in the impenetrable Hindu Kush mountains and the region has been sealed off to outsiders.

Since 2006 US has been focussing on the area to capture and kill the al Qaeda supremo, who killed nearly 3,000 people during 9/11 World Trade Centre attacks. 6 US officials have confirmed this. Two officials suspect that Laden may be hiding in the nearby town of Kalam.

Adding to suspicion of Osama's presence there, Islamic militancy is taking root in several Chitrali valleys which leads to the Afghan border.
