Comic Relief's 'Islands in the Stream' tops UK singles chart

London, Mar 16 (ANI): The Comic Relief charity single, 'Islands in the Stream', by Gavin and Stacey stars Rob Brydon and Ruth Jones has topped the UK singles chart.

The single, featuring Sir Tom Jones, beat off competition from 'Right Round' by US rapper Flo Rida and Kesha to claim the top spot.

In the albums chart, Irish rockers U2 held on at the top with No Line in the Horizon, reports the BBC.

Annie Lennox was a new entry at number two with her greatest hits collection.

American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson also had a new entry in the chart with 'All I Ever Wanted'.
