People welcome spring season with a traditional fair in Himachal Pradesh

Rampur (Himachal Pradesh), Mar 14 (ANI): People here on Friday welcomed the spring season with a traditional Fag fair.

A large numbers of people are participating in this fair that commenced on March 13 and will be over on March 16.

Locals also participated in dance performances and took out processions on the second day of the fair.

"Fag fair is going on. This is a historic fair, which we have been celebrating from a long time. We all wait for this fair round the year and enjoy a lot," said Gita Rani, a local.

This fair was started by the King of Bushahr state in Rampur. The purpose was to enable people to have a good time together before the start of spring season. (ANI)
