Tyra Banks to receive major gay honour
Washington, Mar 13 (ANI): The 20th annual GLAAD Media Awards is set to honour former model-turned-talk show host Tyra Banks.
Banks will receive the Excellence in Media Award, reports Contactmusic.
U.S. TV financial expert Suze Orman will receive the Vito Russo Award for their efforts in gay issue awareness.
The event will be held in New York on 28 March (09).
Additional GLAAD Media Awards ceremonies will take place in Los Angeles on 18 April and San Francisco on 9 May.
Recently outed pop star Clay Aiken and Grey's Anatomy actor T.R. Knight will be among the presenters. (ANI)
