Hefner's twin girlfriends' hair deemed 'too over-processed' for charitable donation
Washington, Mar 10 (ANI): Hugh Hefner's twin girlfriends, Karissa and Kristina Shannon, were refused the chance to donate their hair for charity, because their bleached blonde locks were 'too over-processed'.
The poor quality of the twins' hair was revealed after 2008's "Playmate of the Year" Jayde Nicole encouraged other playmates to donate their hair toward raising cancer awareness through her charity 'Lengths for Love'.
And Nicole has asked the help of many other new and old playmates and bunnies to "hop" into the project and donate their hair.
However, the only problem is that bleached hair can't be used to make wigs and thus 95 percent of the Playboy population, including the twins, is rendered unqualified for donation.
"The twins (Hef's new girlfriends) can't actually donate their hair, the hair used has to be healthy enough to be retreated and not too over-processed," Fox News quoted Nicole as saying.
She added: "So we're doing lots of fundraisers and events as well that everyone (including her PMOY predecessor Sara Jean Underwood, Hef's former flame Holly Madison and his current number one Crystal Harris) can be involved with. Hef is supporting it too; he's a huge fan of charities."
She also said that sometime over the summer the Playboy mogul might just open the iconic Mansion for a party to raise funds for the cause. (ANI)
