Dungeon dad turns total recluse in Austrian jail

London, Mar 10 (ANI): Josef Fritzl, the Austrian incest fiend who held his daughter as a sex slave for 24 years, has become a pariah at Austria's Sankt Poelten jail, say sources.

According to sources, the 74-year-old is a virtual recluse.

Fritzl, who's being held in a cell near the courtroom where jurors will hear his case next week, is facing trial for murder, rape, slavery, incest, false imprisonment and abuse, reports The Sun.

The British tabloid has received an exclusive photo, snapped by a worker, which shows Fritzl taking a solitary stroll.

The worker said: "He just walked round slowly with his head down. It was the first time I'd seen him. We'd heard that he was scared of going outside."

Meanwhile, it has emerged that Elisabeth, Fritzl's daughter, used scraps of paper to record the horrors of life in the cellar where engineer her dad forced her to live beneath his house with three of the six children he fathered with her.

Fritzl held his daughter captive in a dungeon beneath his home, raped her since she was 18 years of age, and fathered seven children with her. (ANI)
