Ex-AOLer warns of more layoffs

Washington, Mar 10: Speculations are high that American Online is planning for another layoff this week. Reports suggest that the d-date to announce layoff is scheduled on Tuesday, Mar 10. AOL apparently likes to sack people on Tuesdays.

A memo was forwarded by an ex-AOLer to all the employees. The memo updates AOL's policies on child care for employees who are suddenly no longer the employees of the company. It has raised concern among the AOL employees that something worse is going to happen soon.
