Jodha Akbar, Rock On sweep Filmfare awards

Mumbai, Mar 1: The 54th Idea Filmfare Awards ceremony that took place on Saturday, Feb 28 saw the movies Jodha Akbar and Rock On sweeping all major awards. Hrithik Roshan bagged 'best actor' award for the movie Jodhaa Akbar and Priyanka Chopra for Madhur Bandharkar's Fashion.

While Jodhaa Akbar pipped Dostana, Ghajini, Jaane Tu...YA Janne Na, Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Rock On and bagged the best film trophy, the best director award went to Ashutosk Gowariker for the same. The spectacular event held at Yash Raj Studios saw the entire Bollywood in their fanciest and best attires walking the 'red carpet'. The event was hosted by the young boys of Bollywood Imran Khan and Ranbir Kapoor. The award list is as follows.
