Jerry Seinfeld making a small screen comeback

London, February 27 (ANI): American comedian Jerry Seinfeld is all set to make a comeback in the television industry with a new show, which will feature him as a marriage counsellor.

He is said to be planning a new show for America's NBC network entitled The Marriage Ref.

The series has been planned jointly with Oprah Winfrey's executive producer Ellen Rakieten.

According to reports, it will show celebrities talking about the highs and lows of married life.

Seinfeld insists that the new show will focus on the amusing aspects of being husband and wife.

"This is not a therapy show, it's a comedy show. After nine years of marriage, I have discovered that the comedic potential of this subject is quite rich," the Daily Express quoted him as telling Variety magazine. (ANI)
