Helen Mirren learning Hebrew to perfect Mossad spy role

Washington, Feb 27 (ANI): Dame Helen Mirren is leaving no stone unturned to perfect her role a Jewish secret agent in forthcoming movie 'The Debt', and hence the British actress is learning Hebrew.

In the film, the 'Queen' star is playing the role of a Mossad spy searching for a Nazi war criminal.

The Daily Express has reported that Mirren has been learning all about Jewish history, in a bid to give hundred percent perfection to her character.

"Helen has spent the past six weeks reading the history of Israel, Mossad and the life and times of Nazi hunter Simon Wiesenthal and she's learning Hebrew, too," Contactmusic quoted a source as saying.

The source added: "She's really taking this seriously and she's totally immersed into the way of life over there."

The actress is currently in Israel filming scenes for the movie.(ANI)
