We are sorry for sudden outage: Google

San Francisco, Feb 25: Search engine giant Google Inc apologised for the inconvenience caused by the sudden crash which affected millions of users across the world on Tuesday, Feb 24.

Google said its engineers are investigating the root cause of the problem which lasted for more than two and a half hours from 0930 GMT. Though it did not revealed the number of clients affected, the incident was a major embarrassment for the company.
