Satyam to decide on a strategic partner on Feb 21

Hyderabad, Feb 21: The Satyam Computers received a green signal from the Company Law Board (CLB) recently and the company began its meeting on Saturday, Feb 21. The meeting will discuss the process of finding a strategic partner.

"The board would discuss the CLB's approval and consider induction of a strategic partner in the IT company," Satyam Chairman Kiran Karnik has said on Friday, Feb 20.

There are suitors like Larsen & Toubro and Spice Group who are interested in acquiring a stake in the fraud-hit Company.
