Miley Cyrus defends 'cuddly' relationship with dad

Washington, Feb 21 (ANI): Hanna Montana star Miley Cyrus has in her upcoming memoir 'Miles to Go' put down people who think that she and her father Billy Ray Cyrus are "too close or too cuddly".

Miley writes that there is nothing weird about their relationship, and that some people are simply "full of anger, hatred and bitterness" about it.

The country singer earlier revealed that he was proud of his 16-year-old daughter, and that he could not help but show her affection every now and then.

"She loves what she's doing. She has a real passion for making music as an artist," Us magazine quoted him as saying.

"She loves being an actress, and we all feel very fortunate being in the Disney family and getting to do both of our loves," he added. (ANI)
