Film fraternity visit Shahrukh Khan post-surgery
Mumbai, Feb 19 (ANI): Members of the film fraternity met Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan, who is recovering at his home following arthroscopic surgery on his left shoulder.
Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan drove down to Khan's suburban residence in Mumbai as did actor Juhi Chawla and director Karan Johar.
His residence 'Mannat' saw a beeline of fans and well-wishers who had come to wish him a speedy recovery.
Actor Juhi Chawla, after meeting Khan and his family, said that he seems to be recovering fast.
"I have just met Shahrukh Khan, he is resting. But he is quite well and he is up and around with the family," said Chawla.
The 43-year-old actor underwent an arthroscopic surgery on left shoulder at Mumbai's Breach Candy hospital on Monday.
Khan would not be able to shoot for the next two months after his successful shoulder surgery. The operation lasted for around one-and-a-half hours and was carried out by a team of three doctors. (ANI)
