Lingerie show at the Bodywear Trade Fair in Delhi

New Delhi, Feb 17 (ANI): Models sashayed down the ramp during lingerie show held here last evening.

New Delhi is witnessing the sensational Innerwear Trade Exhibition and Fashion Show, the Bodywear International Trade Fair 09 for three consecutive days from February 15 till February 17.

A wide variety of lingerie is on display during this three-ay exhibition and one day's fashion show which has entered its ninth edition.

Being the most awaited intimate apparel trade show, Bodywear Trade Fair is showcasing lingerie, nightwear, men's undergarments, bridal lingerie and nightwear, chimises, camosoles, corsets and bustier, beachwear and sports and gym wear from the house of leading brands like Triumph, Lovable, Pierre Cardin, Emanulea Solera and many more.

Organised by Mumbai-based trade exhibition organiser, Niksan Info Media Private Limited, this trade exhibition will help to strengthen the intimate apparel market by exhibiting more brands with more footfalls of trade visitors so that the exhibitors can utilize this platform for their business growth.

"We were showcasing the known national brands such as Groversons, Zoom, Lady Lyka, featherline, J B fabrics, Valentine Niightwear etc. Several brands were showcasing their summer 2009 collection at the event," said Sanjay Manocha, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Niksan Info Media.

According to Manocha, in India, Delhi itself has more than 500 manufacturers of lingerie in and around which makes Delhi as a producer of both quantity and quality in the lingerie trade. The capital also caters to more than 1500 retailers of lingerie and hosiery products, which by far are the largest retail spread for any market in India. (ANI)
