Reese Witherspoon 'dying' to do action flick

New Delhi, Feb 16 (ANI): Reese Witherspoon has admitted that she's keen to star in an action film.

The 32-year-old actress says that would love to follow in the footsteps of Angelina Jolie and become an action hero, reports the China Daily.

Witherspoon also said that she doesn't mind working out to get the right physique for the part.

"I would like to do an action movie. I love to watch Angelina Jolie in movies like 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith'," she said.

"I think movies where women have great strength and character are interesting. I'm dying to do one," she added.

The Oscar-winning actress recently revealed that her nine-year-old daughter Ava gets embarrassed by her mother's singing.

"I love to sing around the house and in the car, but my daughter hates it. She said, 'Mom I really appreciate you taking me to the concert, but will you please not embarrass me in front of Carrie Underwood by singing because she's a real singer and you're just, like a movie singer,' " she said.
