Gajurel for restarting people's movement in Nepal
Kathmandu, Feb 13 (ANI): Senior Maoist leader CP Gajurel today said that government led by his party should rather be toppled, instead of hearing criticisms every day.
Talking to reporters in Sindhulil district, he said, "The people have lost their faiths in the Maoists. As it appears that the longer we stay in the government the more people lose their faith in us. So, the party should rather stay out of the government," he said.
Gajurel said that preparations are being made to launch the third people's movement under the party leadership.
He claimed that a war will be launched at the earliest and that will be the third people's movement for the establishment of "People's Republic".
He further claimed that his party will opt for the strongest mode for bringing the People's Republic from the street regardless of any hurdles on its way as it would be difficult to fight for the same from the parliament given the vulnerable situation of the government, Kantipur reported. (ANI)
