Jane Fonda back on Broadway after 46 years
London, Feb 10 (ANI): American actress Jane Fonda has returned to Broadway after being away from the stage for 46 years.
Fonda, 71, is taking part in a production of 33 Variations, Moisés Kaufman's play about a woman investigating the creative genius of composer Ludwig van Beethoven during his "later" period.
She was last seen on the Great White Way in 1963 when she performed in Eugene O'Neill's 'Strange Interlude', and she now says she looks upon her new four-and-a-half month play as an 'adventure'.
"That's how I choose to think of it," the Telegraph quoted her as writing on her blog.
"I could be real scared. I mean, eight shows a week after 46 years!
"But I am choosing to think of it as a challenge," she added. (ANI)
