Police doubts Doc mother in Sarthak's murder

Ghaziabad, Feb 10: The case of Sarthak, a four-year-old boy who was found dead in mysterious circumstance on Feb 5 has taken a new twist. Sarthak was the son of a doctor couple, Rajesh and Deepti Chawla.

Fingers of suspicion points to the boys mother, who now claims that she saw someone entering Sarthak's room before she fainted on the day he was murdered.

Deepti was found lying unconscious with her writs slit, next to Sarthak's body. Police sources said that the doctor has now mentioned about a strange smell in the room where she saw a man was attacking her son.

But Dr Deepti's husband Rajesh had to force open the door with the help of milkman, apartment society's guard and others as the door was locked from inside. Besides this the security guard denied seeing anyone entering the house. All these information are leading to the possibility of it being a case of murder or attempted suicide.
