Nepal Army selects 2800 news personnel
Kathmandu, Feb 9 (ANI): Nepal Army (NA) has completed the recruitment procedures of selecting over 2,800 personnel, including combatants and non-combatants.
Even as a clash between the Nepal Army and the Maoist-led government continues, the Ranger Battalion in Chhauni on Sunday published the final recruitment result.
A Nepal Army officer preferring anonymity said, with this result the recruitment process is over.
"In accordance with existing rules, the concerned recruitment units will start training courses for selected candidates within a month after the completion of selection procedures," he added.
The Army had started recruitment process about three months ago.
Nepalnews quoted Army sources as saying that the concerned units will start training the selected within a month. (ANI)
