Brangelina draw big cheers at the BAFTAs

Washington, Feb 9 (ANI): Hollywood couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were a big hit with the crowd at the British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) on February 8 in London.

Jolie, who was wearing a black silk crepe Giorgio Armani evening gown, walked the red carpet with Pitt, signing autographs for fans, reports People magazine.

Meanwhile, 'Slumdog Millionaire' turned out to be the biggest winner at the awards, with its cast and crew taking home seven prizes, including best film.

'The Reader' star Kate Winslet won the award for best actress, and in supporting role Penelope Cruz won for Vicky Cristina Barcelona and the late Heath Ledger was named best supporting actor for playing the Joker in The Dark Knight. (ANI)
