Jennifer Connelly's 11-year-old son changed her outlook on life

London, Feb 7 (ANI): Hollywood actress Jennifer Connelly credits her 11-year-old son for allowing her to take up quality-acting roles.

The 38-year-old actress is adamant that her son Kai, by photographer David Dougan, played a big part in helping her pick quality role.

The actress won Best Supporting Actress gongs at the Academy Awards, the BAFTAs and the Golden Globes for 2001's A Beautiful Mind.

"I don't think I would have been able to do the quality work that followed if it hadn't been for my son," Daily Express quoted her as telling Sydney Morning Herald.

"He changed me. He helped me to understand myself and find my place in the world," she added. (ANI)
