Hurriyat Conference activists hope Moon will help them
Srinagar, Feb 5 (ANI): Activists of All Party Hurriyat Conference have said they look forward to the visit of United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon to help in their demand for the resolution of Kashmir dispute.
Carrying placards and shouting slogans, the activists said they want to tell Moon that they have already suffered a lot and the issue should be resolved.
"We want that we are given our rights. We want to tell the General Secretary that hundreds of thousands of people of Kashmir have died because of the Kashmir issue. India and Pakistan have got their relations strained. We want these hostilities to end and peace to be there," said Hakeem Ghulam Mohd, a Hurriyat leader. nited Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon arrived here late on Wednesday night on a one-day visit.
