Campaigning for elections is like sex, says Brit politician Hazel Blears

London, Jan 31 (ANI): British politician Hazel Blears sure knows how to enjoy elections - the 52-year-old recently told wannabe MPs that campaigning is like sex!

The Communities Secretary said: "It's like sex - if you're not enjoying it, you're not doing it right."

Her advice came in a speech to a group of prospective Labour candidates for the next general election, reports the Telegraph.

Blears, who is MP for Salford, also told the candidates that they should take inspiration from Barack Obama and make full use of technology and social networking.

She said: "Make use of new media: your website, blog, twittering, facebook, etc should all work to project your image and reach out to voters."(ANI)
