Court dismisses Rajus, Srinivas's bail plea
Hyderabad, Jan 28: The bail pleas of scam hit Satyam Computers Ex-CEO Ramalinga Ruaj and the former Managing Director Rama Raju and former CFO Vadlamani Srinivas was dismissed by the city court on Wednesday, Jan 28.
The plea regarding police custody of SRSR Holding General Manager Gopala Krishna Raju was posted for a hearing by the 6th additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate for Thursday, Jan 29. He also postponed the hearing of separate petitions for bail for the same date.
G K Raju is a close aid of Ramalinga Raju. SRSR Holding is a company promoted by Raju's family. Sources say that Ramalinga Raju held stake in Satyam through this company. Court extended the judicial custody of Raju brothers and Srinivas till Jan 31.
