Satyam fiasco: HM and fin officials to meet PM
New Delhi, Jan 10: Union Home Minister, P Chidambaram, Planning Commission Deputy Chairman, Montek Singh and top Finance Ministry officials will be meeting Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh on Saturday, Jan 10 and explain to him about the Satyam Fiasco and arrest of the founder, Ramalinga Raju and his brother, Ramaraju.
The meeting comes in the wake of the Government intervention in replacing the ten existing board members of Satyam with new board members. Minister of Corporate Affairs Prem Chand Gupta announced that new Board would be constituted soon and meet in about a week.
Satyam fiasco will be discussed among other things.
