Call centre emp may fall in love with you!

London, Jan 10: Listening to a beautiful voice does not mean that you could ask the person to keep on talking, as a BT call handler in India discovered. The call handler had been sending amorous messages to a British customer, and is now facing disciplinary action for it, the telephone company has confirmed.

The incident took place after the female customer from Portsmouth set up a new landline with BT last month, the Scotsman reports.

After an initial phone call she began receiving text and voicemail messages from the call handler.

The reason being that he had become 'attracted' to her voice.
