R C Sinha, Maytas Infra Chairman resigns
Hyderabad, Jan 8: R C Sinha, Chairman and Non Executive Director of Construction firm, Maytas Infra Ltd has resigned from his post on Thursday, Jan 8 stating personal reasons.
As of Sept 2008, Maytas Infra's shareholding pattern was: Ramalinga Raju's son Teja Raju held 2.53 per cent stake, while the entire promoter group, which includes other members of the Raju family, holds over 36 per cent.
Satyam to meet the press at 5 pm
Meanwhile, Satyam Computers will hold a press meet at 5 pm on Thursday, Jan 8, a day after the firm's Chairman quit after disclosing that profits had been falsely inflated for years.
Senior management, likely to include interim CEO Ram Mynampati, will address the media, a spokeswoman said.
