Boozy Brit parents take baby on 7hr pub crawl
London, Dec 31 (ANI): A couple who took their four-month-old baby with them on a seven-hour booze binge have been sentenced to two-year community service.
Mark Tyler, 46, and wife Petra, 24, were arrested after the cops found them "heavily in drink" with four-month-old Callum in his pushchair.
The couple was nicked after a shocked pub landlord refused to serve them and called the cops. He called the cops and also urged CCTV operators to monitor them.
The judges were shown the footage of them staggering through Mansfield in Nottinghamshire "carelessly" tipping Callum's push chair.
Cops also found dry sick around Callum's dirty face. His nappy was soiled and his clothes soaking wet.
"Also caught on CCTV was the mother behaving aggressively and arguing with people. The police were eventually called," The Sun quoted prosecutor Robby Singh as saying.
"He had also suffered scratches - apparently from his uncut fingernails," he added.
They have been given two-year community orders and told to seek treatment for alcoholism. (ANI)
