75bps home loan interest rates cut by LIC
Mumbai, Dec 31: Mortgage lender LIC Housing Finance Ltd has cut interest rates by 75 basis points, effective Jan.1, for its existing home loan borrowers after a reduction in its cost of funds, LIC said on Wednesday, Dec 31.
New customers would continue to get loans at an offer rate of 9.25/9.75 per cent for loans up to 2 million rupees, it said in a press statement.
