Obama is first in 'History Makers of 2008' list

Washington, Dec 26: US President-election has topped a new list of 'History Makers of 2008' Obama, who has also been named as 'Person of the Year' by TIME magazine, reports Live Science.

The first African-American president of the United States is followed by U S Secretary of the Treasury Henry Paulson, who became one of the most influential people on the planet when he captained the recent 700 billion dollars govt bailout of America's banks.

Third on the list is none other than Alaska governor Sarah Palin, who made big waves with her looks in 2008 as the Republican-vice presidential nominee.
