Cheney doesn't understand rap
Washington, Dec 24 (ANI): While US President-elect Barack Obama is a huge fan of rapper Jay-Z, Vice President Dick Cheney has revealed that he doesn't understand rap music.
In an interview, Cheney revealed that the country music singers that they invite to perform for the wounded U.S. military veterans are actually a "compromise" for him, as he fancies big band music.
"The country and western is sort of a compromise between old folks -- you know, the big band sound of the '50s and the rappers that the younger generation understands," The Washington Times quoted Cheney, as saying.
"I have trouble even following it," he added.
Meanwhile, Obama, who had a historical win this year, has made it to the 'Heroes of 2008' list. (ANI)
