Son of Britain's Fritzl describes years of torment inflicted on family

London, Dec 19 (ANI): The son of Britain's Josef Fritzl who made his two daughters pregnant 19 times during almost 30 years of rape and physical abuse has described the terror his father inflicted on the family.

The 56-year-old Sheffield father, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was given 25 life sentences and ordered to serve a minimum of 19 years and six months.

Now, his son, who also cannot be named, has revealed that the whole family was terrorised and that even when the authorities were told of the abuse it still did not stop.

The son said that when he found out about the full extent of the abuse, at the age of 18, he "went flipping mental".

The son revealed that sometimes even he was beaten and tortured.

"Once (our father) left the house we were free to be like normal people. But when he came back we could tell if he was on one because the first thing he'd do was slam the door," the Telegraph quoted the son, as telling BBC Radio Five Live. (ANI)
