Fire in Taj Hotel; no casualties

Mumbai, Dec 9: After the Mumbai Terror Attacks ruined the Taj Hotel, a fire now has added to its ruination. Fire broke out in the new wing of the Hotel in Mumbai on Tuesday, Dec 9 morning.

The 21st and 22nd floor of the hotel caught fire early in the morning. However, the reason of the fire is yet not known. According to the reports there were no guests in the hotel.

“The fire was not because of the explosives. The fire is under control. It was an accidental fire. We are checking the reasons," DCP Zone 1, Mumbai, Vishwas Nagre Patil said.

There have been no reports of any casualties.
