Shiela Dikshit yells at reporters

New Delhi, Dec 8: After Shiela Dikshit's hattrick victory, the first sentence she uttered was, 'Please have some discipline!'. The Delhi Chief Minister yelled this as the loud chatter of an army of journalists prevented her from addressing them after the Congress' stunning victory in the assembly elections.

'I am shouting and you are also shouting. Who can speak in this atmosphere?' she asked. Dikshit, who led the Congress to a third five-year term following the Nov 29 balloting, later thanked the people for voting for her party.
