Britney Spears hates working out

Washington, Dec 3 : Popstar Britney Spears has confessed that she loves her toned body but hates the tough work out session.

The 'Hit Me Baby One More Time' hitmaker, who has been wowing European fans on a recent mini-tour with her toned body and frantic dance routines, revealed it took a lot of effort to get back into shape.

Britney, who gained pounds after giving birth to her kids Sean Preston, three, Jayden James, two, revealed that she hardly gets time to hit the gym due to her music.

"I have had to work hard at getting (my body) back to where it used to be. I used to be obsessed with working out. But I can't get motivated right now because I'm so focused on my music," Contactmusic quoted Britney, as saying.

Britney also revealed that she has become more appreciative about her body over the time.

"It isn't fun, so to do it every day would be horrible. Three days a week is cool, even two. It makes me feel good and feel like I've done something. It's important to take care of your body. Recently I started to appreciate my body a bit more from before I had kids," Britney added.
