Polling delay in three Hauz Khas booths

New Delhi, Nov 29 (UNI) Polling in three polling booths in Hauz Khas area of Malviya Nagar began over an hour late over confusion among voters about where to cast their votes.

The MCD, in an advertisement, had informed them about shifting of their polling booths, which they were not aware of.

The delay was witnessed at polling booths number 59, 61 and 62, where polling began at 0930 hrs instead of 0800 hrs.

EC sources said the polling time may be extended by an hour at these places.
