NSG commando, Gajendra's body brought to Delhi
New Delhi, Nov 29: The body of NSG braveheart Ganjendra Singh, who died fighting terrorists in the Nariman House encounter, was brought to Delhi on Saturday, Nov 29 morning. Singh, who belonged to NSG's 51 Special Action Group, was para-dropped on the terrace of the building yesterday along with other NSG commandos to flush out the terrorists from the top floor, which he did brilliantly.
But, Singh fell to the terrorists' bullets during the course of operation.
Scores of NSG colleagues and officers gathered at the headquarters in Palam to pay their tributes to the slain soldier.
The body will be taken to his native place Dehradun for the last rites.
