Ashok Kapur of Yes Bank killed in Mumbai Trident
Mumbai, Nov 29: Ashok Kapur, chairman of India's Yes Bank, died in the Trident/Oberoi Hotel in Mumbai, where security forces battled Islamist militants, a bank spokesman said on Friday, Nov 29. Indian commandos freed 143 guests at the Trident earlier in the day, killing two militants as they wrested back control of the building. Officials said 24 dead bodies were found inside the hotel. The two-day-long stand-off in Mumbai, India's financial capital, has killed at least 155 people and wounded 300.
