England cricket team head home

Bangalore: The England ODI team left here today for London after two remaining ODIs of the 7-match series against India was cancelled following terrorist attack in Mumbai in which 195 people were killed.

The team, which had arrived in the City from Bhubaneshwar last evening for a transit halt en route London, had stayed in Hotel Grand Ashok.

The Team members were taken in batches to the Bengalure International Airport for security reason and the entire team left for London, Karnataka State Cricket Association sources told UNI.

Pietersen 'fear' to return India

Yesterday, following direction from the ECB, the High Performance Team from England, which had arrived here for a month-long camp left the city for London.
