2 detained outside Sahar international airport
Mumbai, Nov 29 (UNI) Two people, using a walkie-talkie and moving in a suspicious manner, were detained this morning outside the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport at Sahar in the western suburb.
Police Sub-Inspector Aruna Jagtap of Sahar police station confirmed the detention, but refused to disclose their identities.
She said the two were picked up after Intercontinental hotel staff made a complaint that two people were roaming around their hotel in a suspicious manner.
Giving further information Ms Jagtap said, ''We are questioning them regarding whether they are Airport staff or not and if yes then why they brought the wireless communication system out, beyond the permissable limits.'' UNI AAA/ST SR LPB AS1527
