Did terrorists launch a fresh shoot out in South Mumbai ?

Mumbai, Nov.28 : About three to four terrorists fired at three places in South Mumbai, causing panic all around,as per a television report.

The suspected terrorists were reported to be wearing plain clothes, carried out indiscriminate firing at Marine Lines, near Metro Cinema and V.T RBI Tower areas of South Mumbai, stated the Aaj Tak channel.

The police asked all shops in the area to close down immediately as a preventive step.

Maharashtra Director General of Police A.N.Roy, however, declined that there was any firing. He said: "Several hostages have been evacuated from the 17th floor of the Oberoi hotel by the NSG commandos.

At 2.25 p.m, at least one or two terrorists are feared to be inside the Oberoi Hotel. The hotel has been surrounded, stated an NDTV report.
