Seven days' state mourning announced on V P Singh's death

New Delhi, Nov 28 (UNI) The Government has announced seven-days state mourning throughout the country as a mark of respect to former Prime Minister V P Singh who passed away yesterday.

During this period, the National Flag will fly half mast on all buildings and there will be no official entertainment, an official release said here.

It has also been decided to accord state funeral to the departed leader. The funeral will take place at Sangam in Allahabad tomorrow.
