M.M.Hills records heavy rainfall of 8 cm
Bangalore, Nov 28 (UNI) Following is a Summary of observations recorded by the weather office here at 0830 hrs today.
Rainfall occurred at many places over South Interior Karnataka and at isolated places over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.
M.M.Hills recorded heavy rainfall of 8 cms.
Other chief rainfall amounts: Bangarpet 4; Chintamani, Mulbagal, Anekal, Kunigal 3 each; Bandipura, Chamarajanagar, Sidlaghatta, Malur, Bangalore City, Bangalore HAL Airport 2 each: N.R.Pura, Nanjangud, T.Narsipura, K.R.Pet, K.R.Sagara, Srirangapatna, Basaralu, Gowribidnur, Thondebhavi, Hessarghatta, Hoskote, Doddaballapura, Nelamanagala, Koratagere 1 each.
Temperatures : Minimum temperatures appreciably rose at most places being markedly at many places over North Interior Karnataka and rose at many places over Coastal Karnataka and changed little over the South Interior Karnataka. They were above normal at most places over the state, appreciably at many places over North Interior Karnataka and at a few places over Coastal Karnataka. Chamarajanagar recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 18.0 deg. Celsius over the State.
