Hooda to inaugurate SDM complex, bridge in Naraingarh

Chandigarh, Nov 28 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda will inaugurate newly constructed SDM Complex at Naraingarh in Ambala district on December 13.

Besides, he will also inaugurate a bridge over Markanda River on Naraingarh-Kalaamb road.

An official spokesman said that the Chief Minister would also address a public meeting at Sahzadpur on December 13.

Elaborating about the SDM complex, he said that an amount of about Rs 3.50 crore had been spent on the construction of two-storey complex building. On the ground floor, offices of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsildaar, and Assistant Treasury Officers would be set up.

Besides, computer room and conference room would also be provided on this floor.

Similarly, offices of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Assistant Information and Public Relations Officer, Excise and Taxation Officer, CDPO office, bank and post office would be set up on the first floor.

On the second floor, two dormitory and five stores have been provided. In the complex building, two lifts and spacious outdoor parking had also been provided, he added.

Giving details about the bridge, the spokesman said that an amount of about Rs 7 crore had been incurred on the construction of bridge over Markanda River.

This bridge would facilitate the thousands of vehicle drivers who commute from the state of Haryana to Himachal Pradesh daily.
