E Ahmed condemns terror attack as barbaric
New Delhi, Nov 28 (UNI) Condemning the terror attack on Mumbai as ''barbaric'', Minister of State for External Affairs and President of the India Union Muslim League E Ahmed today said the perpetrators of crime should be dealt with an iron hand.
Expressing deep anguish and anger over the incident, the Minister said,'' This dastardly act will not shake the confidence of the people, and nothing will be allowed to destroy the democratic polity, secular foundation and communal harmony of the country.'' ''Me and my party, India Union Muslim League strongly condemn this barbaric act with all the force in our command,'' he said.
Mr Ahmed said that whosoever was responsible for the dastardly act of violence which has resulted in heavy loss of life and property should be brought to justice.
